Shipping
Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Understand we are a small business.
We ship on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Please note that all orders are shipped as soon as we can.
We ship only domestically. We currently do not ship internationally. Shipping times depends on you location. We are in Flemington, NJ so you will get you shipment faster if the distance is closer. The USPS site quotes, but does not guarantee, 2- 8 business days for domestic delivery.
Personalized (custom) Orders take 6-8 weeks to Create and Deliver because they are made-to-order.
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The rates are calculated based on the number and weight of the items and they weight is round up. Please note the weight of each item is listed in each item description page.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 4 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount or store credit minus the shipping costs for the return. We are small company and we do charge 25% restocking fee on all returns, unless it was our error.
Please note we are not responsible if packages are left in heat. If the package arrived melted, please contact us the same day the items are delivered. We would review the order and the delivery date and time. We take every precaution to package every order well, to prevent the items from melting during the summer. Please bring in the items as soon as they arrive to prevent any melting in the hotter days.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sandhillcandlesandmelts@yahoo.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
